Everything you need to know

How is my offer calculated?

We use live wholesale auction data together with your vehicle's year, make, model, mileage, condition and location to calculate a competitive offer range.

Why is my offer a range instead of one price?

The exact price depends on details we confirm at pickup, like the condition you described. The final price is confirmed with a quick inspection when we pick up the vehicle.

How long is my offer valid?

Your offer is valid for 7 days from when it's sent. After that, request a new offer and we'll update it.

Do I have to accept the offer?

No. Getting an offer is free and there's no obligation to sell.

Can I make a counter offer?

Yes. On your offer page, tap "Submit counter offer", enter the amount you'd accept, and our team will review it and contact you.

What if I don't get an instant offer?

Some vehicles need a quick manual review. Our team will look at your details and contact you with an offer.

When and how do I get paid?

At pickup, after the quick inspection confirms the final price. You're paid before we tow the vehicle away.

Is towing really free?

Yes. Towing is free and we don't deduct towing fees from your offer, whether the vehicle runs or not.

How do I schedule pickup?

After you accept your offer, pick a date and a time window (morning, afternoon or late afternoon) and confirm the address.

Can I change my pickup time?

Yes. Call us and we'll find a new time that works for you.

Where can you pick up my vehicle?

At your home, work, or a repair shop. Enter the vehicle's ZIP code in the form; if we can't serve that area, we'll let you know.

What happens on pickup day?

Your driver calls ahead, checks that the vehicle matches what you told us, confirms the final price, and you sign the title and get paid. Then we tow it away.

What documents do I need?

A valid photo ID, the vehicle title if you have it, and the keys if available.

Can I sell without a title?

Often, yes. It depends on your state and the vehicle's age. Choose "Missing / lost title" in the form and we'll explain what's needed.

What if I still have a loan on the vehicle?

Choose "Financed / lien" in the form. We can coordinate the payoff with your lender.

Do you buy salvage or rebuilt titles?

Yes. A branded title affects the value, so tell us in the form and your offer will reflect it.

Whose name needs to be on the title?

The person selling should be the owner on the title, with a photo ID that matches.

Do you buy cars that don't run?

Yes. We buy non-running, damaged, junk and totaled vehicles.

What vehicles do you buy?

Cars, trucks, SUVs, vans and motorcycles, in any condition.

Should I fix my car before selling?

No. Repairs rarely pay for themselves. We buy it as-is.

What if the condition is different from what I described?

The driver confirms the final price at the inspection. Honest details give you the most accurate offer, and you're never obligated to sell.

Do I need the keys?

No, but working keys can increase the value. Tell us how many keys you have in the form.

Where is my VIN?

Look at the lower driver's-side corner of the windshield, the sticker on the driver's door jamb, or your registration and insurance card.
